A mix of studios, 1, 2, and 3 apartments are spread across three buildings. 30 Harbord Square offers 176 apartments at discount market rent. 50 Harbord Square and 65 Harbord Square offer an additional 143 apartments, both available to those on the Tower Hamlets Housing Register and offered for rent at Tower Hamlets Standard Rents.

Designed by Allies & Morrison, 30 Harbord Square is set across 27 floors where each home is complete with a balcony with views over Greenwich and the Thames barrier.

50 and 65 Harbord Square, designed by Patel Taylor, of which 10% of homes have been designed with accessibility in mind. The development also offers 13 accessible parking spaces on site. Tenancies for 50 and 65 Harbord Square are managed by Pinnacle Group on behalf of Canary Wharf Communities, set up by CWG to own and operate the affordable portfolio buildings on the Canary Wharf estate.

First occupations started at 50 and 65 Harbord Square in June 2021 while the first tenants at 30 Harbord Square moved in from July.

Rents at 30 Harbord Square range between £269 per week (£1,165 pcm) and £323 per week (£1,399 pcm), and Tower Hamlets Council sets the rents for 50 and 65 Harbord Square.
