CZWG has received planning permission for the strategic Crossharbour District Centre development by Asda and developer Ashbourne Beech Property.

The new ‘town centre’ of the Isle of Dogs centred around a public square will provide up to 1,972 new homes (27% affordable housing), a new ASDA store and 7,200m2 of retail space on the square and on the new streets around.
