Savills and Avison Young, on behalf of Gaw Capital, have let c. 46,000 sq ft of office space at Harbour Exchange in a multitude of deals to tech, media, telecoms, education, financial and professional services occupiers.

- Ocean Media Group 6th floor 5,967 sq ft HX1
- Wanyoo Esports 9h flloor 3,018 sq ft respectively HX1
- ChinaTelecom has signed a 15 year lease on a further 19,087 sq ft on the 11th floor, HX1&2
- JTC Group 16th floor 8,040 sq ft HX1

A further 18,000 sq ft is currently under-offer at Harbour Exchange across two units with active negotiations on a further 50,000 sq ft.
