The first phase of homes at the North West Quarter has now been completed.

Previously known as The Peel Project, the completed phase includes 38 homes for social rent owned by the Home Group housing association and will soon be occupied by residents of the local estate.

Construction work has now started on Phase 2 and Phase 3, which includes 68 affordable homes, 96 private homes, a new medical centre, affordable workspace, gym and local shops. These two phases will also include a public plaza which will sit at the heart of the development and South Kilburn community. The first homes and amenities are expected to complete in summer 2023.

The development is anticipated to complete in Q3 2026.

This development is a focus point for our community and the wider South Kilburn Regeneration Programme. We are very proud to deliver 38 new high-quality affordable homes in this first phase, a crucial milestone that will be life-changing for many of our South Kilburn residents. This development is part of our commitment to deliver 5,000 affordable homes in the borough by 2024 and to create a fairer and more equal Brent.”
