Street Child LLP has taken space at 33 Creechurch Lane, reports developer Merchant Land.

Street Child LLP is an international charity working with local communities to relieve poverty and hardship among young people living on the street by the provision of shelter, food, health and education.

Katherine McCullough, Development Director at Merchant Land, commented: “We are pleased to have agreed on this deal with Street Child for the vacant Lower Ground floor space at 33 Creechurch Lane as the London office market picks up. Street Child is a fantastic organisation with a great ethos and the work that they do worldwide is truly inspiring.”

Three vacant floors remain at 33 Creechurch lane which will be fully launched later this month following refurbishment works. The typical floors range from 3,500 to 4,000 sq ft and offer flexible leases.
