The English Cities Fund has signed a landmark agreement with Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing Association to bring forward The Manor Road Quarter in Canning Town.
The new 804-home scheme, which includes 402 (50%) affordable homes, is set to start with phase one making up 355 homes (with 177 affordable) imminently.
