New appointment

Galliford Try's Building London and South East Commercial business has been appointed to build a £12.7m new sustainable office building at Vauxhall Walk for CLS Holdings plc.

The 10-storey building designed by Manser Practice will contain 28,500 sq ft of high-quality office space, a communal and private south-facing roof terrace, a café, shower and changing facilities along with secure cycle storage.

The Fit-out on the ground level will be completed to Category B, and the remaining 9 office floors will be completed to Category A.

The development is targeting a BREEAM Excellent rating and will feature passive ventilation, smart lighting and PhotoVoltaic (PV) panels.
