Telford Homes has received full planning consent for the International Way project in Stratford.

The plans will deliver 380 new homes, including build to rent apartments and affordable homes, alongside office and commercial space. There will also be an extensive communal amenity space including a resident’s lounge, terrace and gym.

Works are expected to start by the end of 2021.
