Gateway Central and Gateway West at White City Place have now topped out.

The structural works that started in September 2020 are now complete and the buildings are set to complete in Q3 2022.

Gateway Central and Gateway West are being developed by Stanhope on behalf of investors Mitsui Fudosan and Alberta Investment Management Corporation (AIMCo), on behalf of certain of its clients.

Gateway Central is a new 11-storey building comprising over 280,000 square feet and Gateway West is a new 4-storey building comprising 25,000 square feet.
