Pembroke has signed a new 10-year lease for long-term anchor tenant Ardian, a world-leading private investment house.

One Grafton Street has recently gone through a program of enhancement works at the 23,400 sq ft mixed-use development behind an Edwardian façade, to improve the occupier experience through a new arrival and reception area and the creation of world-class end-of-trip amenities.

Rolfe Judd was the project architect and BW (Workplace Experts) as the contractor for the refurbishment works, which were completed in September 2021.
