Helical has let 9,268 sq ft of office space on the 1st and part ground floor at 25 Charterhouse Square to an FTSE 100 company.

The building on the western edge of Charterhouse Square was refurbished in 2016. 1,880 sq ft of fitted out office space on the ground floor is still available to let.
