101 Cleveland Street has recently been completed, reports contractor Mclaren.

The development includes 88 luxury apartments, 15 affordable housing units, 35,000 sq ft of commercial space and four retail units spread over the ground floor and basement levels.

The building has two large podium gardens with play space and a 500 sq m sedum green roof, as well as incorporating PVs on the roof.
