Developer Weston Homes have broken ground at the new Manor Lane site in Feltham, Hounslow TW3.

The £27.5 million (GDV) development will see 104 one- and two- bedroom apartments created across two adjoining buildings.

Construction has started on-site with the work expected to take two years.

The start of construction on site was officiated by Councillor Steve Curran, Leader of Hounslow Council, and Bob Weston, Chairman and Chief Executive of Weston Homes who visited the construction site together to review the start of the building works which will deliver much-needed new housing to the London Borough of Hounslow.

The new apartments at Manor Lane will range in size from 535 sq ft to 1020 sq ft and will all benefit from Weston Homes’ signature, all-inclusive specification which includes integrated appliances and quartz stone worktops in the kitchens, state of the art bathrooms with Smart technology and flooring fitted throughout.

Buyers are offered a wide range of designer choices at no extra cost so that the apartments can be designed uniquely to buyer vision.
