Howard de Walden has sold 2 Cavendish Square to CBRE Investment Management for £64.1m, reflecting a net initial yield of 3.45%.

With a significant portion of the 27,105 sq ft of Grade A office building having recently been refurbished, it now offers common amenity space, a variety of floorplates and three outdoor terraces.
