Safra family and Delancey have sold 30 Fenchurch Street office building on a 2-acre freehold island site in the heart of the City of London to Brookfield.

The 551,026 sq ft office building was sold for £635m (£1,152 per sq ft).

The deal was advised by CBRE. The building is multi-let to Accenture, Aspen and Berrymans for a further 8 years.

It was the largest central London investment transaction to date in 2021.
