Amro Partners and Flemyn LLP have acquired the Croydon Park Hotel site in Croydon.

Two minutes from East Croydon Station, the new Build to Rent development managed by Amro Living will comprise 600 apartments and amenities such as roof terraces, lounge areas, co-working spaces, a gym/wellness centre, and a cinema room.

Construction is will begin in spring 2023 and completion is expected in 2025.
