Site acquired
Telford Homes has completed the purchase of the Alperton Bus Garage.
Telford Homes received planning consent for the scheme in November last year from Brent Council. The acquisition of the site will now allow to start work on the project, which will transform the current bus depot into a high-quality residential and commercial development.
The development will comprise 461 new homes - 40% of which will be affordable - alongside new retail and community offerings and enhancements to the public realm. The site benefits from excellent transport links, being adjacent to the Piccadilly Line station offering access to Central London in just 30 minutes.
Works are expected to start in February 2022.
