Keltbray has secured the contract to deliver remediation works at Berkeley Group’s Oval Village development.

The works will include site-wide remediation and refurbishment of the iconic Gasholder No 1.

Peter Howland, Managing Director for Remediation at Keltbray, commented: “Keltbray is pleased to have won this package of works on this innovative regeneration scheme to support the transformation of Oval into an exciting village-like destination in the heart of Central London. The delivery of new homes embedded within stylish, integrated lifestyle-based facilities will not only have significant social and economic benefits for the local community, but also the country as a whole as we work to build back better and support the UK Government’s goal to address the UK’s chronic housing shortage.”

Keltbray is currently on site and is due to complete towards the end of 2022.
