Collins has completed the full refurbishment of 3 Clifford Street, the six-storey mixed-use building in Mayfair originally built in the late 19th century.

For the past 18 months, Collins has worked with The Pollen Estate to develop two high-quality office schemes in Mayfair: 3 Clifford Street and 33 Cork Street. Both schemes entail extensive structural changes to extend and improve existing period buildings for future office tenants.

The project achieved a BREEAM rating of very good.

The Collins team was working alongside Buckley Gray Yeoman and Hanover Cube.

KLM Real Estate is marketing the 1,549 sq ft retail space across the ground, basement and vaults.
