Work is progressing well at The Bouchon, the 25-storey tower within the Silk District development.

The concrete frame is currently at level 17 and the building’s façade is now up to level nine, and progressing quickly.

Internally, the tower is plastered and has kitchens fitting on level one. Partition walling, plumbing and electrics are complete to level three.

Contractors are also fitting out the development’s commercial and office space, and the developer is talking to a number of potential occupiers.
