Westminster Community Homes (WCH) has continued to acquire all leasehold interests in Sites A, B and C of the Church Street renewal area if leaseholders are interested in selling their property.

Over three-quarters of the leasehold units on Phase A of Church Street have now been acquired and several properties are under instruction with solicitors to purchase them.

WCH is keen to acquire further leasehold interests in not only phase A but the later phases of B and C.
