Mace has completed the redevelopment of 78 St James’s Street for BentallGreenOak.

Designed by architects Squire & Partners, the redevelopment retained the 1840s façade and lobby of the Grade II* listed building. Premium workspaces, wellness facilities, and multi-purpose areas were created including an event space, as well as a business lounge and outdoor terraces looking out over nearby Green Park.

78 St James’s Street is Mace’s first project that was completed without the use of diesel. By introducing an electric plant and machinery on site, the team saved over 5,550 kg CO2e during the build, in addition to reducing air pollution associated with combustion engines and lowering noise levels.
