ARJ has been appointed to build 25-33 Parkhouse Street for Southern Housing Group.

The scheme comprises the demolition of existing structures, remedial groundworks and construction of new mixed-use development comprising 109 new homes, commercial space, car parking, cycle parking and landscaping.

Work will start in early December 2022 with completion due winter 2024.
