Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has been appointed by the BBC to market Television Centre, with the key aim of maximising its value.

Television Centre is a 14-acre freehold site in West London and the BBC is seeking expressions of interest from the market for either a conventional, freehold property sale or to explore options for a joint venture partnership.

To demonstrate the potential for the site and as an alternative to a conventional sale, a vision has been developed for repurposing Television Centre as a hub for creative businesses and a visitor destination.

The joint venture concept has the potential to create a lasting legacy for Television Centre whilst supporting the regeneration of the local area. The vision supports the Greater London Authority’s (GLA) master plan to redevelop White City, as set out in the Opportunity Area Planning Framework (OAPF) currently out for consultation.

Ezra Nahome, CEO, said: "London has fast become the world capital for prime investment and development opportunities. Television Centre is attracting considerable attention due to its iconic status, superb location and versatility. ”
