The use of a professional will ensure the creation of a welcoming yet professional working environment that will provide common space to foster collaborative meetings between tenants and also make the most of the building's surrounding views.

Open and flexible were two of the main buzzwords behind the design of the business centre, the idea being to meet the diverse requirements of tenant needs for office space while at the same time maximising the views and the natural light of the surrounding city.
