Planning permission granted
Lambeth's Planning Applications Committee has granted planning permission for the redevelopment of Eastbury House, an 11 storey 1960's office building on Albert Embankment.
The new Eastbury House development comprises:
- Part 14, part 21, part 28 storey building
- 46 residential units comprising a mix of one, two and three bed apartments
- 12 affordable housing units, (26%) all shared ownership
- 9,000 sq ft office floorspace
- 1,000 sq ft café
- Basement car parking for 20 cars
- 76 cycle spaces
- Public piazza
- Improved public realm around the site
