Farebrother has been appointed to market 44,500 sq ft in the unique New Wing of Somerset House on behalf of The Somerset House Trust.
The Grade 1 Listed New Wing is part of one of the World’s cultural headquarters, home to London Fashion Week, The Courtauld Institute of Art and King’s College London. The space to be marketed is over three floors, has a courtyard turning circle fronting Lancaster Place/Waterloo Bridge and once refurbished, will provide ‘plug and play’ space, upgraded common service areas and river views.
