Land Securities Group PLC (‘Land Securities’) announces its first letting at 62 Buckingham Gate, SW1.

World Fuel Services Europe, Ltd (“World Fuel Services Europe”) has agreed to take 24,364 sq ft (2,263 sq m) on the 8th floor of the new building, taking it to 10% pre-let.

62 Buckingham Gate is the latest new building in Land Securities’ transformation of Victoria. The beautiful Pelli Clarke Pelli designed building encompasses 260,000 sq ft of office accommodation arranged over 11 floors with an additional 15,600 sq ft of retail space. The transaction follows recent office lettings at 123 Victoria Street to John Lewis plc, Intuit and CPA Global, as well as Jamie Oliver taking retail space at Kings Gate.

Kaela Fenn-Smith, Head of Leasing at Land Securities, said, “We are delighted to welcome World Fuel Services Europe to 62 Buckingham Gate. We continue to see the evolution of Victoria through the diverse tenant mix it is attracting and we look forward to welcoming further tenants in a variety of business sectors to the building.”
