Aviva Investors has let the 3,681 sq ft sixth floor of 25 Soho Square in London to mobile security firm Lookout, on a 10-year lease with a five-year break and 11 months rent free, at £67.50 per sq ft.
H2SO and Bluebook advised Aviva.
