Rolls Royce Holdings PLC has taken 37,120 sq ft at 62 Buckingham Gate. They will occupy the 7th and part of the 6th floor of the striking Pelli Clarke Pelli designed building, which is now 59% let or in solicitors’ hands.
Kaela Fenn-Smith, Head of Leasing at Land Securities, said, “The latest lettings at 62 Buckingham Gate embody Land Securities’ vision for Victoria and show that the bold architecture and efficiently designed office floors have struck a chord with the needs of today’s discerning occupier.”
Jones Lang LaSalle and Knight Frank advised Land Securities. BNP Paribas advised Rolls Royce.
