DS Smith, a FTSE 250 company that produces packaging and office supplies, has taken the part 7th floor of the 130,000 sq ft building, joining Balfour Beatty Capital, Capital One, Elexon and General Medical Council.
350 Euston Road forms part of Regent’s Place, British Land’s 13 acre, fully managed campus located between King’s Cross and Paddington comprising a lively mix of office, retail, and residential space around Regent’s Place Plaza, an acre of public space which plays host to an array of events.
