British Land has let 7,700 sq ft of 350 Euston Road, Regent’s Place, to Digital Cinema Media, the UK’s leading cinema advertising company. The lease is for 10 years.

The building is already home to Balfour Beatty Capital, Capital One, Elexon and the General Medical Council, and they join other media companies at Regent’s Place including Aegis Media, Carat, Vizeum and Facebook.

350 Euston Road forms part of Regent’s Place, British Land’s 13 acre, fully managed campus located between King’s Cross and Paddington. It comprises a lively mix of office, retail, and residential space around Regent’s Place Plaza, an acre of public space which plays host to an array of events.

Development at Regent’s Place concluded this autumn, with the completion of 10 Brock Street which is already fully let to occupiers including Debenhams, Facebook and Manchester City Football Club.
