New planning application submitted to Westminster City Council for:

Use of the third floor SWOD to retail (Class A1); creation of a new customer entrance on Duke Street; new vehicular exit ramp from the existing loading bay within the SWOD building envelope; exiting onto Edwards Mews; creation of a new entry to Nations House and creating a new tunnel link to Selfridges sub-basement under Edwards Mews; improvments to the public realm on Duke Street and Edwards Mews, new plant at roof level, and associated internal alterations.
