China’s largest premier commercial property and entertainment conglomerate The Dalian Wanda Group has appointed leading residential agencies Strutt & Parker and CBRE to market its One Nine Elms project.
Situated on the banks of the River Thames and in the heart of the Nine Elms regeneration project, the 1.13 million sq. ft. scheme will comprise a prime residential offering of 436 high-quality apartments and a 5* star Vista hotel offering a panoramic views across the London skyline. There will be a further 3,584 sq ft of retail space also be incorporated into the mixed use development.
Set to launch in the UK and internationally in 2015, the One Nine Elms project comprises of two towers, and will become one of Western Europe’s tallest residential developments, with the City Tower reaching 199.9 meters in height, and set for completion in late 2018.
