Como has delivered a unique high-spec Category B fit-out across four floors of PRS for Music's new home at Two Pancras Square. This included office space, meeting facilities, a 65-seat theatre, and café facilities, as well as a high-performance acoustic “listening room”.
All floors were fitted out to an exceptionally high standard, with specialist finishes and feature lighting throughout. Floor coverings range from timber and stone to carpet and vinyl, while the walls include magnetic writable glass panels, timber cladding and fabric panelling. Como led numerous design workshops and produced mock-ups to ensure that the final fit-out stayed true to the original concept, all within a challenging 18-week programme.
Como Core Projects Director, Darran Brand said; “This was certainly not a run-of-the-mill project. Our team worked closely with the architect, specialist contractors and client QS to address any issues as they arose. Our willingness to help also added significant value and made for a successful completion.”
