First time buyers get engaged on site!
First time buyers, Maygol Dadgar and her partner, Pairaw Kader, both doctors, have recently purchased their first home at 243 Ealing Road in Alperton.
While visiting the development and seeing their new home for the first time, Pairaw took advantage of the stunning views from the terrace of their 12th floor apartment and proposed to Maygol.
This is the first time the pair have lived together as Pairaw was based in Colchester while Maygol previously rented a flat in East London. With jobs based at hospitals in Middlesex and Slough respectively, Maygol and Pairaw wanted something that would offer good transport links and a better quality of life. Using their savings, they accumulated a 30% deposit to purchase the two bedroom, two bathroom apartment.
