The East and West Towers of Hoola are now up to 16th and 17th floors at 65 weeks, reports Strawberry Star.

Since Week 52, M&E pipe works have now reached Level 8 in communal areas. Similarly, windows have reached Level 8, East Tower and Level 6, West Tower.

The Cladding installation is underway at Level 9, East Tower and at Level 10, West Tower. These towers will be super-insulated and energy efficient.

The pod deliveries have been completed up to Level 11 on either Towers; with installation of the Balcony railings on Level 7.

The installation of louvres is underway, and once completed will keep all apartment interiors shaded to avoid overheating.

Other important works

• M&E 1st fix underway on levels 4 and 5 West Tower 5 and 6 East Tower
• Main tower scaffold to level 13
• Installation of louvres continuing to 2nd floors
• Heating and ventilation fitting out commenced
• Storm water drain work has begun
