Tuckerman have let the ground floor of 73 Great Peter Street, on behalf of Taylor Wimpey Central London Limited, to EAT on the basis of a new 15 year lease subject to rent reviews at the 5th and 10th years and a tenant only option to break at the expiry of the 10th year.
The premises are over 1,350 sq ft and the rent agreed was £70,000 per annum exclusive.
