7 Air Street

The Crown Estate has agreed to two more lettings totalling 19,000 ft2 over three floors at 7 Air Street, which together with the 21 Glasshouse Street office building, comprise the Quadrant 2 scheme. Earlier Quadrant 2 office lettings total 34,000 ft2.

Akamai Technologies, a global leader in internet content delivery solutions, has taken the 2nd floor of just under 9,000 ft2 at 7 Air Street and specialist lender, Amicus, has taken the 6th and 7th floors, totalling just over 10,000 ft2. They join Eden McCallum which will occupy the fifth floor.
