Hotel Properties Limited HPL was founded in Singapore as a private limited company on 28 January 1980. It was converted into a public company on 4 May 1982 when it changed its name from Hotel Properties Pte Ltd to Hotel Properties Limited. HPL was admitted to the Official List of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited on 17 June 1982. The principal business activities of the Group are hotel ownership, management and operation, property development and investment holding.
