Overview

14 St George Street is an office building in Mayfair, London W1.

Recently reconstructed 50 000 sq ft office building that originates to 1720.

The street elevation to St George Street is a listed, retained masonry façade from lower ground to third floor. The fourth floor and the return corner to Maddox Street are new cavity construction to match the retained façade. The elevation to Maddox Street is constructed from a combination of translucent large format glass blocks, with silicone joints, and high performance double glazed windows in thermally broken aluminium frames.

The main entrance to the building is approached from St George Street. The central door in the original listed façade to St George Street leads directly into the reception, which gives direct access to the main bank of three passenger lifts facilitating access to all floors.

The office accommodation extends over six storeys from lower ground floor level to fourth floor. The ground floor comprises the office reception with a support office directly off the reception area behind the desk. The remainder of the ground floor is all office accommodation. The upper floors are all office accommodation, with a period room incorporated at each level offering flexibility for use as a dedicated meeting room or as a single office.
