L&Q and East Thames housing associations completed their merger on Tuesday, and announced a successful £2.6 billion refinancing package to help support delivery of their ambitious strategic objectives.

The new organisation will be named L&Q. East Thames Limited forms a wholly-owned subsidiary of L&Q.
