Peabody and Catalyst housing have joined together and are now working to provide services to over 104,000 homes and 220,000 customers across London and the Home Counties.

Catalyst will initially be a subsidiary of Peabody and the organisations will gradually merge to form a new single housing association by April 2023, which will be called Peabody.

Peabody Chief Executive Ian McDermott commented: "Our customers will be front and centre of our new organisation.
