Savills to advise TfL's Places for London projects

Places for London, Transport for London’s property company, has appointed Savills as their real estate advisory partner.
Savills won the instruction following an open and competitive procurement process.
Places for London has identified capacity on its land for 20,000 homes, with a programme to start on site on all of these by 2031.
