Permission is sought for use of first and second floors to four residential units (2 x 1 bed and 2 x 3 bed), associated minor extension, refurbishment and improvements to the rear wall along with reconfiguration of the ground floor access arrangements and recessed mansard roof extension to provide a two bedroom apartment.
The application was received by Westminster City Council 14th October 2016.
