Whitbread has converted a former Victorian stable block into a 246-bedroom hub by Premier Inn, retaining the gabled facades of the original building.

On opening in late June 2021, the Quaker Street hotel will be Whitbread’s second hub by Premier Inn hotel in the Shoreditch catchment and the fourteenth across the UK.

The Victorian warehouse once formed part of the Truman Brewery and was vacant prior to the redevelopment.

Formerly known as Silwex House. Whitbread acquired the site with Strategic Development Partner Endurance Land.
