30-38 Addiscombe Road is a residential development in Croydon, London CR0.

L&Q is creating 137 new homes, including 53% affordable housing. The development will deliver attractive new public realm improvements, including planting, street furniture, and a private courtyard for residents.

The project consists of part eight and part 18-storey building which draws inspiration from local post-war architecture, including the iconic No. 1 Croydon building.


2019 March - Croydon council approves the development plans.

L&Q's plans for 30-38 Addiscombe Road in Croydon were recently approved by the borough’s planning committee.

Vicky Savage, Regional Managing Director for the South Region at L&Q commented: “We welcome the decision by Croydon Council to approve our application for 30-38 Addiscombe Road. Our vision is that everyone has a quality home they can afford, and we see great potential to grow and expand in Croydon.”

Work is due to start on the site this year.
