Queen's Square is a mixed-use development on a 5.5-acre site opposite the Town Hall and Queen’s Gardens in Croydon, London CR0.
Redevelopment of the Nestle Tower, St George’s Walk, the Grade II listed Segas House and other buildings mostly from the 1960s.
The first apartments are marketed within the Highgrove Tower, which is on the site of the former Nestlé Tower.

Phase 1 involves the conversion of the 25-storey St George’s House office building (Nestlé Tower), to create 288 new homes. Main works for the site commenced in August 2019.
Phase 2 of Queen’s Square involves the redevelopment of most of the site to provide a new town square opposite the Town Hall, along with a range of commercial uses, which will include shops, restaurants, offices and other workspaces, on the ground floor with new homes above.
