Overview

Electric Quarter is a residential-led mixed-use development in Ponders End, Greater London EN3. The £48m mixed-use urban regeneration over two phases completed in 2019.

- 167 new homes, commercial and retail space and a replacement library.
- 115 homes for private market sale by Lovell
- 52 mix of affordable and intermediate rented homes

The first phase of The Electric Quarter launched in 2017 and was sold out 50% after one month. 40 townhouses were for private sale in addition to the 21 affordable rental homes; all of the homes are highly energy efficient. A communal play area has also been provided.

The second phase of the development launched in 2019 comprised 106 new homes for private sale and for rent, a nursery, a new library and commercial units, which will all contribute to the success of this exciting new neighbourhood.
