The One Hundred is a mixed-use development in Alperton, London HA0.

New Homes
The new part six, part seven storey building will comprise 100 new apartments and commercial space for start-up businesses on the ground floor. 46 will be 1-bedroom, 30 will be 2-bedroom and 24 will be 3-bedroom apartments. 10 of the new apartments will be built for disabled residents.

Affordable Housing
50% of the new homes will be affordable - 35 affordable rented and 15 shared ownership apartments.

Commercial Space
There will be 14,000 sq ft flexible creative maker-space to help new start-up businesses in Alperton.

Public Space
Public access to the Grand Union Canal along the canal side of the development.

The new building was designed by HWO Architects in partnership with Evolution Estate Developments.
